With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry, Christa Wild is the proud CTO and Founder of Marine Project. Inspired by her love of travel, the sea, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Christa turned her childhood dream into a thriving business. Her passion and dedication shines through every aspect of her work.
Christa’s journey began in a commercial role focused on taxes, but her passion for the sea steered her to Italy. In 2005, Christa and her husband launched a successful venture, where they served as owner operators of a fleet of motor yachts chartering in the picturesque North Adriatic. As her client base grew and their desire to explore new destinations expanded, Christa transitioned the business to an agency model in 2009, focused on creating unforgettable yacht experiences tailored to each client’s unique preferences.
Christa’s passion for delivering exceptional service is complimented by her ability to intuitively understand her clients’ desires. Leveraging her extensive industry connections and knowledge of yachts and destinations, Christa thrives on fulfilling even the most unique requests. Fondly nicknamed “Christapedia,” Christa is widely recognized as a trusted source in the charter industry.
Christa’s commitment to excellence takes her to yacht shows and exhibitions around the globe. From Europe to the Caribbean and the USA, she inspects hundreds of yachts each year. Her hands-on approach ensures she stays ahead of the latest offerings, building strong relationships with captains and crews to guarantee her clients have extraordinary experiences.
